Returned to store

The finished pieces go back into your stores, ready for their next rollout. Your material never left your supply chain. It just came back better. Your material, remade, returned.

Precision manufacturing

The sheet is cut, routed and finished right here in the studio, using the same processes behind every piece we make for you. Laser cutting, CNC routing, and hand finishing, all under one roof.

Our unique process

New sheet manufacture

Your material is remanufactured into premium new acrylic sheet, made to your bespoke colours and thicknesses. Dense, consistent, and built to the standard every piece from the studio is held to.

2

Granulate and colour mix

The acrylic is broken down and prepared for remanufacture, colour mixed to your specification from an extensive range of acrylic granules. No fillers, no additives, no chemicals introduced at any stage. Just your material, ready to become new sheet.

Your end-of-life Acrylic

Your retail displays and fixtures reach the end of their working life. Circular takes your acrylic back into a loop that's entirely your own, remanufacturing it into premium material again rather than losing it to a generic waste stream.

The difference

It's the only circular acrylic manufacturing solution available to brands and retailers today.

We take your acrylic back. We remanufacture it into premium sheet. We return it to you as finished pieces, ready for your next display.

The results and C02e savings are proven, not promised.

Six years in development

Circular isn't a new idea bolted onto an old process. It's the result of six years of dedicated development, built on a career spent working with acrylic at the highest level.

34 years designing and manufacturing premium acrylic products for some of the most demanding brands in retail and signage. That depth of material knowledge is what made circular possible. Nobody arrives at a working closed-loop process without first knowing exactly what acrylic can and can't do, under pressure, at scale, to a standard good enough for your brand.
